The Tech PC Software was started in 2016 by Andrew Holler with the aim to present helpful advice for all techies out there. In addition, Andrew wanted to provide a platform for independent tech writers that has not yet gained a name for themselves.

Today , the staff consists of 3 full time writers and several temp staff. And the topics covered ranges from software to consumer electronics.
